Feedback for treatment

Things to develop:
-The patterns and art we had as ideas for our back drop was too busy and too much going on, so we need to decide on a block colour background
-Because of space in the studio, we will also need less dancers in the first scene, so we need to plan how many there will be and how we will arrange them
-we need to make our sets more clear (as in what happens in each scene)
-Luke also suggested an idea of putting Top Of The Pops style TV's and cameras in front of the stage
-make sure the quality of the light show is in HD, so it will still look good when its big and stretched out

-I found a youtube channel that has very long and good quality liquid light shows that we can project onto our cast.

Luke also wanted us to think about and discuss wether we would be okay with a shadow being behind the musician/dancer while the lights our projecting onto them, as this is what would probably happen. We all agreed that we don't think it would be a problem at all, and also wont take away from the effect.

Target 2:

Good elements:
-the general idea; they thought the 60s idea is different and will look very cool if done well
-the dancers and their costumes
-the liquid light show we will be projecting
-the costumes
-the platforms that the dancers will be on
Targets:
Gabi will: clarify sets and background colour
Connie will: find the video of the liquid lights and develop Luke's idea about the TV's on set
Chloe: see how the dancers will fit around the band

Target 2:
The Tv's and cameras idea
-After discussing Lukes idea, we thought it would be really cool to start the video in black and white, filming a retro television set.
-After discussing Lukes idea, we thought it would be really cool to start the video in black and white, filming a retro television set.
-We see the band walking onto the set, to their positions, its behind the scenes and they countdown to start the show
-then the camera goes into the tv and is now in colour and we are watching the performance
-this way, we wouldn't have to have cameras there the whole time because obviously there isn't a lot of space in the studio

-The behind the scenes part would add an extra element to the video too. However, we might not have the budget or the space to rent a 60s or 60s looking camera for our video
